A sunny, plant filled coffee house in Austin. Slow espresso, iced matcha, warm cinnamon rolls and a second living room for the whole neighborhood.
Good coffee, lots of plants and a warm hello for everyone.
Apricot Hour is named after that last warm stretch of the afternoon, when the light turns soft and nobody is in a hurry. Small and green, with thrifted furniture in terracotta, mustard and rose, and a plant on every shelf.
Come for a carefully pulled cortado or a ceremonial matcha, stay for a cinnamon roll on the patio. Laptops welcome in the morning, conversation welcome all day.
Every cup starts the same way: freshly ground beans, a scale, a timer and a barista who is not in a rush. Pour-over gets its full three minutes, espresso is dialed in every morning, and the latte art is a small bonus.
Hot or iced, dairy or oat, strong or gentle. Pick your drink, grab a warm roll and find a spot in the sun.
